RONALD HERARD

Ronald Herard is an accomplished New York City based photographer with decades of experience specializing in portrait photography.

Photographing musicians, celebrities, and corporate events. His images have graced the pages of Karate Illustrated, Black Belt, Interior Design magazines, Jazz Times, Pastry Art and Design and National Geographic’s Japan.

Celebrities Herard has photographed include Alicia Keys, Carlos Santana, and Bob Marley.

The founder of the Black Photographers’ Information Forum in 2003 www.bpifonline.com.

Herard has been featured on NBC’s Weekend Today in New York for the Time Life Photo Center as well as working on projects with photographers from Sports Illustrated, People, Fortune, and InStyle magazines.

Herard is also an educator, who currently teaches classes on photographic lighting.
